The author utilize the data from USA and Brazil to consider the abuse of anabolizant steroids by the youngers and adults and discuss the reasons of it. Define the substances, describes the accion mecanisms, the side effects and how people mystifies the beneficts, and clear the advantages. He considers the substances named supplements, their real advantanges and disadvantages.
